The PoshTots / PoshLiving Sweepstakes Official Rules

Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The PoshTots, Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on the first day of the month at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time. The Sweepstakes ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by PoshTots, 5711 Old Osborne Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23231.

HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Legal residents of the United States of America ("U.S."), excluding Puerto Rico and Guam, eighteen (18) years of age or older ("Entrants"), may enter the Sweepstakes by: completing an online entry form at www.poshtots.com or www.poshliving.com; or submitting via regular U.S. mail a hand-printed postcard with Entrants’ full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, if available, to: PoshTots, Sweepstakes, 5711 Old Osborne Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23231. Each entry must be mailed separately. PoshTots will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected or postage due entries or mail. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. All entries must be received by the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries void if: (1) deemed not legible; (2) not fully completed in accordance with these Official Rules; or (3) tampered with, forged or mutilated. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

PRIZES
One (1) Entrant each month will be selected at random to receive a $500 PoshTots gift card redeemable at www.poshtots.com or www.poshliving.com. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Limit of one (1) prize per person/e-mail address. Prizes are nontransferable and nonendorsable, and no other consideration or substitution is available. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. In the event that prizes are unavailable at the time they are awarded, PoshTots may substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Lost or stolen prizes cannot be replaced. The drawings will be made by PoshTots, whose decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All entries are the property of PoshTots and will not be returned or acknowledged. The drawings will take place on or around the fifth business day of each subsequent month. Entrants are not required to purchase goods or services or pay any money in order to win a prize. Prize-winning Entrants ("Winners") will be notified by e-mail, telephone, or regular U.S. mail no later than the 15th day of the month. It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to notify PoshTots in writing, referencing the Sweepstakes, if the Entrant changes his or her e-mail address, telephone number, or address by writing to: PoshTots, Attn: Sweepstakes, 5711 Old Osborne Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23231 or customerservice@poshtots.com.

ELIGIBILITY
Employees of PoshTots and their related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each are not eligible. PoshTots reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who, in PoshTots' sole discretion, has circumvented or violated or attempted to circumvent or violate these Official Rules and to render void any subsequent entries of the disqualified Entrant. Sweepstakes valid only in the U.S. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, Guam and where prohibited by law.

DISCLAIMER
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other PoshTots promotions or Sweepstakes. Entrant agrees that PoshTots and its related entitles, affiliates and subsidiaries are not liable for electronic transmissions or technical, hardware, software, telephone, Web site, or Internet problems, failures or malfunctions of any kind; computer viruses or bugs; or any injury or damage to any computer resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials; or entries submitted via U.S. mail. PoshTots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the online entry forms for the Sweepstakes in the event that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted, and in such event to select winners for any remaining prizes through a drawing from among all valid entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Entrant who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the e-mail account. Entry constitutes permission to use Entrant's and/or Winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance with Rules ("Affidavit") and/or a Liability and Publicity Release ("Release") prior to receiving any prize. Further, Winners agree to provide their Social Security Number to PoshTots for tax identification purposes. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. If the selected Winners cannot be contacted for any reason (within thirty (30) business days from the date such Winners are announced) or are ineligible to claim a prize, prizes will be forfeited.

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and hold PoshTots, its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of PoshTots its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advisors harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including but without limitation to personal injury, death, and property damage as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Sweepstakes and the related methodologies, designs, coding, programs, and other materials are the property of PoshTots. Any commercial re-use of any materials relating to this Sweepstakes or any reproduction or adaptation thereof without the prior written permission of PoshTots is expressly prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The laws of the State of Virginia apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims in connection herewith must be raised and resolved in the appropriate court having jurisdiction over the County of Henrico, Virginia.
