This rug is a striking centerpiece. Its design is reminiscent of kaleidoscopes, stained-glass and even stereograms, as sections of its patterning seem to dance between the fore-and background. The combination of zigzags and stripes is quick to catch the eye, but the paleness of the colors prevents it from becoming too overwhelming. Perfect for the decorator who likes to flirt with intensity, the Kaledo makes a beautifully bold statement.
Our hooked rugs are hand-made with twisted yarn of wide-gauge 100% cotton and are finished with a cotton canvas-backing attached with latex. Regular vacuuming and the occasional shake outdoors should keep them in fine shape, but a little grooming may also become necessary. In the event that a stray loop of yarn pops up as your rug settles, simply trim it with scissors. Do not pull the loop. If you spill something on your rug or for some other reason need deeper cleaning, take it to a professional. Do not wash.
