The Dory Bench is a beaut, but it's best quality is its multi-purpose ability to be both seating and storage. The bench could be set in a quiet corner and filled with books for an instant reading nook, or one could add cubby boxes and keep it in a playroom to house video game paraphernalia. Potential uses are practically endless. Available in 50 different colors. Seen here in Nikko Blue, Tomato, Lemon Ice, and Pear.

Furniture frame is constructed of solid maple and poplar.
Side Panels are Strong 7-ply maple veneer, chosen because of their durability and sustainability.
Rabbet and Dado Joints secure the exposed backs of our case.
Backs are finished and cleanly attached with dado joinery and screws (no staples).
Solid shaker style aprons provide structural support.
Corner blocked with center supports.
All solid wood tops are edge glued.
Furniture hand crafted in the USA.
Cubby boxes can be added on with the option below and are available in any of the furniture finish colors.

PAINT FINISH

Low VOC (volatile organic compound) waterborne paint finishes.
Hand sanding with fine grit aluminum oxide abrasive paper between coats.
Depending on finish color, the average piece of furniture will boast 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of pigmented finish.
