The Colgate EcoClassica I - Organic Cotton is one of the Colgate Cradletyme Naturals collection of eco-friendlier crib mattresses, pads, and accessories. This is an ecologically friendlier version of the most recognized and popular foam crib mattress by name in America, the Colgate Classica I. The Colgate Classica I lightweight (8.5 lbs = easy sheet changes) extra firm foam crib mattress was rated #1 of all crib mattresses tested by one of the nation's leading consumer products magazines and has been a recommended buy for over fifteen years by another popular baby products publication. This ecologically friendlier version of the Classica I is made with ecologically friendlier extra firm foam made with plant oils replacing petroleum based oils. It is high quality and extra firm as recommended by most medical experts. The eco-foam is CertiPUR-US certified to be safe and of high quality. The EcoClassica I has a waterproof certified organic cotton cloth cover that puts the organic cloth closest to baby while providing a barrier that prevents anything from getting inside the mattress. Cloth binding ensures strong seams. Square corners ensure a snug fit in all standard size American cribs and toddler beds.
