days a week on PoshTots web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Presently, PoshTots
accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal checks, cashier's checks, and wire transfers are also accepted.
Because PoshTots operates in Virginia, we are required to collect 5% sales tax
on orders shipped to a Virginia address. Those who live
outside Virginia will not be charged sales tax for orders
placed on PoshTots
, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

If you'd like to check the status of
your order, we encourage you to refer to your order
confirmation. There you will find the lead time for the items
you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are
approximate, and are for the production time needed to
complete your items. Shipping transit times add one to three
weeks to your lead time depending on the item shipping method
used and destination. Small items such as accessories and
bedding are shipped via UPS or FedEx and should be delivered
to the specified shippng address within five to seven days of
the lead time noted. Delivery of furniture may require up to
three weeks, as
PoshTots specialized in-home furniture carriers take great pride in transporting and delivering your items safely.

At this time, PoshTots cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states. We do,
however, encourage customers who live outside the continental
US (including Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto
Rico, and Canada) to consult with a freight forwarding
company. PoshTots
is happy to ship items to freight forwarding companies within the US that can then ship items to international destinations. Please note that orders sent to freight forwarders must be inspected by the freight forwarder.
PoshTots
liability for damages ends once the items have been signed for by the freight forwarder.

When you complete PoshTots ' member registration process, you agree to all of the terms
herein. PoshTots may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly
newsletter or a prominent posting on this customer service
page. Your continued use of PoshTots after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes.
Our artisans' rates and offerings may
change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability
of items in our collection, including those saved in your My
Favorites folder, are subject to change until orders are
placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your
Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to
correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If
a pricing error occurs, PoshTots will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping time frames reflected in
product descriptions are based on estimates from our artisans. PoshTots reserves the right to amend product information and shipping
schedules due to artisan delays, changing conditions and
product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, PoshTots will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the PoshTots team works diligently to review the safety of all products, PoshTots cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal
injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In
addition, PoshTots is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.

Small furnishings, décor accessories and bedding are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the lead time noted on the website. If your UPS or FedEx item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our design consultants at

within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Larger furniture requires special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are large and heavy, we must ship them via Standard Delivery with special in-home furniture carriers. As a result, these oversized items incur a Standard Delivery shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges noted below. Shipping surcharges are noted on an item's product page and in your Shopping Cart.
Furniture shipments generally take 2 – 3 weeks from the time the order leaves the manufacturer. This time is in addition to the lead times indicated on the website.
Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery service via Standard Delivery will be placed inside the main threshold of the home. Because of our commitment to exceptional
customer service, PoshTots also offers Premier Delivery for many oversized items in our collection. Upon delivery, the Premier Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials for you. (Assembly service is not provided.) If Premier Delivery is available for an item, it will be presented as an option on an item's product page. This convenient service is typically an extra $89 per item, above the regular shipping cost and surcharge.
If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. Failure to meet the driver during your scheduled delivery window may result in an additional charge. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery.
Standard shipping charges are based on the total price of an order and outlined in the chart below. Shipping surcharges for oversized and furniture items are in addition to the costs shown below:

| How to Receive Your Shipment |

Please take the time to read the following important information regarding the delivery of your furniture.
Please estimate 2 – 3 weeks for delivery in addition to the lead time stated on the website. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment (Monday – Friday) once the shipment has arrived in your local area. Please note that the shippers are not
PoshTots
employees; they are independent contractors.
The artisans take great pride in packaging their furniture. Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged during transit. Should this happen during your delivery, here are some helpful suggestions to protect your investment:
- You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.
- It is important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign for your items. A signature indicates acceptance; if you simply sign without inspecting the box or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is.” We will not be able to file a claim with the shipper on your behalf unless you notate any damages at the time of delivery.
- For Standard Delivery, the shippers will bring the item across the threshold of your home. If the box appears to be in good condition, but you cannot inspect the shipment due to time constraints, please note “not inspected at delivery” on the shipping waybill. However, if the box is compromised in any way, please note “box damaged, possible damage to piece, not inspected at delivery” on the waybill. Any damages must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of the item.
- For Premier Delivery, the shippers will bring the item to the room of your choice, unpack the item and discard the debris. We do not offer assembly. If there are any damages or missing pieces, please note this on the shipping waybill. If the box/packaging are not available for your inspection, please note that as well. Remember that if you sign the waybill without notating damages, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Any damages must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Custom Items
Custom-designed furnishings, bedding,
accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other
made-to-order items require payment in full upon order,
and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom
are notated as such in the product descriptions.
PoshTots makes fabric and finish samples available to help you select
the appropriate colors and designs for your décor. Because
custom items cannot be returned, PoshTots suggests that you
contact a Design Consultant to request a sample prior to
purchasing custom items. You can email Customer Service or

Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (eastern standard time).
Non-custom Items
PoshTots strives to provide our customers with the highest
quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are
not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a
refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in
their original condition and their original packaging.
Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, PoshTots will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by PoshTots; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
If you return an item after the 10 business
day window, without a RAN, and/or PoshTots suspects an item has been used, the
merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to
return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a
refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as
outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.

PoshTots is happy to offer fabric swatches and finish samples for most of our linens and furnishings in order to help you select the right item every time. If you want to review these items, please contact one of our Design Consultants by calling us toll-free at 1-866-POSHTOT (866-767-4868) Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (eastern).
A credit card is required to process your request for samples, although charges will not be assessed if samples are returned within three weeks. After reviewing samples, please return them in the postage paid envelope provided. Due to the high demand for our samples, PoshTots
must charge $25 for each sample set not returned within three weeks. You may keep fabric swatches for any corresponding items that you are ordering, without penalty; however, all wood samples must be returned to PoshTots.
Important Notice: Due to the fact that dye lots vary, the colors in the swatches can differ from the color of the finished product.

| COM & Custom Designs |

PoshTots understands your desire for creativity and choice. Although
our collection includes thousands of items for your home, we
know you may have something specifically unique in mind.
That's why we're proud to offer PoshTots ' Custom Design Services.
Our Design Consultants can coordinate
with our artisans to create "COM" (customer's own material)
upholstered chairs and linens with fabrics of your choice. For
your protection we require that you include a copy of your
receipt or invoice that reflects the cost of your fabric when
you ship yardage to PoshTots . When your COM bedding or upholstered furniture is shipped,
we will insure the package for the appropriate value. If we do
not receive a receipt with your COM, PoshTots cannot be held liable for the cost of your fabric. Only the
purchase price of your PoshTots' merchandise will be covered should it be lost or damaged in transit.
We offer fabric for purchase by the
yard for window treatments, shower curtains and other items.
In some cases PoshTots can facilitate the design and manufacture of these items, but if we cannot, we will gladly assist you in finding the right fabric yardage.
Our Design Consultants work with
talented artists to paint custom furnishings to match colors
and motifs of existing furnishings, wallpaper or fabrics. In
some cases, we have collaborated with customers and master
craftsmen to design fanciful, one-of-a-kind furniture. For
additional information on custom matching, please contact our

All sales are final on custom orders. PoshTots
cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item marked as "custom made", special order items, COM orders, fabric yardage or any custom designed item.
