A perfect place for storing not only blankets but toys, games, and more! This design was inspired by sturdy, solid wood panel doors found in homes across America built in the 1920's. Chest fits perfectly at the footboard of a twin bed and features top of the line hardware that prevents the chest from slamming shut on little fingers. Available in wide array of colors, from bold and bright to subtle, neutral tones, there is a color for every person, and for every room. Hand crafted in the USA using time honored traditions and only the safest paints; this furniture is build to last through a lifetime of memories.

• Furniture frame constructed of solid maple and poplar.
• Side panels constructed of strong 7-ply maple veneer, chosen because of its durability and sustainability.
• Mortise and tenon joinery on frames of all doors.
• Rabbet and dado joints secure the exposed backs of furniture
• Backs finished and cleanly attached with dado joinery and screws (no staples).
• Solid shaker style aprons provide structural support.
• Corner blocked with center supports.
• All solid wood tops are edge glued.

Paint information:
• Low VOC (volatile organic compound) waterborne paint finishes.
• Hand sanding with fine grit aluminum oxide abrasive paper between coats.
• Each piece of furniture has 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of pigmented finish. This number varies slightly depending on the finish selected.
