This miniature mansion features precious Victorian accents including a stained glass window, wooden corbels, roof rails and cedar shingles. Inside, walls are stenciled, the floors are replicated hardwood and there's a skylight. Recommended for children 2 to 10 years old. Playhouse comes painted in a color trio of peach, white, and light purple. Base is 6'D x 8'W (similar to a house deck,) with a 1'W x 3'H tower. Bottom of base to top of tower wall is 101"H; bottom of base to top of roof rail is 84"H; floor to ceiling 75"H; door height 48". Shipped as pre-fabricated panels which fasten together.
