New Artisan Submission
Thank you for your interest in working with PoshTots as a new artist. We are deeply committed to bringing our customers the most unique and creative furnishings and décor imaginable. We enjoy working with our many artists to accomplish this mutual goal.
In order to be considered for inclusion on our websites and in our PoshTots print catalogue, we require that you provide certain information up front. This information will help us determine which artisans are the best fit for our rapidly growing organization. We also have certain guidelines and requirements that all of our artisans must adhere to, including the following:
Photography and Image Guidelines
- MINIMUM 300 dpi images
- MINIMUM size of 700 X 700 pixels
- .JPEG, .TIFF or Photoshop format
Items must be individually photographed. If items are part of a set, photograph the set together as well. If artwork is available framed or unframed, please submit images of the artwork in the frame, with additional photography showing the various frame options. Please make sure to compare your images to your actual products for color match.
New artisans may submit products that have not been professionally photographed; however, be advised that if selected for inclusion, professional photography will be required at the artisan's expense.
Applying for Consideration
If you feel that your products are a good fit for PoshTots, we invite you to complete our online submission form, below. While not required, samples may assist us in understanding the quality and craftsmanship of your products. Please submit image CD's and non-returnable product samples to our corporate offices at the following address:

Once you have completed the online submission form, our New Artisan Selection team will review your submission and your product images. We will notify you within 10 business days if you have been selected for inclusion on our site. If selected, we will then forward via e-mail a New Artisan Agreement that you must complete, sign and return, along with a CD of professional images of your product. Once we have received and reviewed your completed Artisan Agreement and product images, we will then add our selections to the website(s).
All applications for consideration should be made using our online submission form. Please note that due to the number of submissions we receive, we regret that we cannot personally respond to your submission unless we are interested in pursuing a relationship.
