This artisan began her vision in 2003 with the birth of her first son. It was when she and her husband first looked into their baby’s eyes and touched his little hands and toes that she knew she did not want to miss a single moment of his growing years. It all started with making a crib blanket for her son. Then it was a pillow, a gift for her sister, and a baby shower present for a friend. Word spread around and she began sewing in the evenings and weekends. Going to the local fabric store became a once a week trip. She had been asked if she had a business card or a store. As time went by, she and her husband welcomed two new sons into their lives. She was still sewing, even more than before. Orders came flushing in from new and expectant mothers. Moms wanted something unique, something one of a kind, something that they had an input on, something that could be treasured and passed on for generations.
