This precious play home features an interior loft with an adjoining balcony. The interior is sponge painted with replicated hardwood flooring and a skylight. Cotton Candy Manor comes complete with a mailbox, doorbell and doorknocker. Playhouse comes painted in a color trio of mauve, white, and gray/blue. Recommended for children 2 to 10 years old. Shipped in panels, some assembly is required using a drill, driver, hammer and staple gun. Carpentry experience is not necessary, and the builder in some states may handle installation. Specifications: Base is 6' deep x 8' wide (similar to a house deck); bottom of base to peak is 108", floor to bottom of loft 52", door height 48". Item is shipped as pre-fabricated panels, which fasten together. All 12" x 20" windows open, although arched or palladian windows do not open. A one year warranty is included.
