The Topsy-Turvy Playhouse is a safe, fanciful place where a kid's dreams come to life. Each playhouse is handcrafted and hand-painted for the ultimate in quality and appeal. Features a solid pressure-treated base foundation for lasting use and high-quality exterior wood siding and cedar shingle roof. Includes necessary hardware; simple assembly with a ratchet set and screwdriver. Can be built with an optional porch and dormer. Available with curbside delivery only. Dimensions of playhouse with optional porch: 48" x 93" x 87". Available in your choice of color.
