This Princess Cottage Playhouse features sweet Victorian accents. This cottage has an inside loft and skylight and the outside features raised-panel stationary shutters and an operational doorbell. The interior can be stenciled or sponge painted and has replicated hardwood flooring. Recommended for children 2 to 10 years old. Specifications: Base is 6'D x 8'W (similar to a house deck,) bottom of base to peak 108", floor to bottom of loft 52", door height 48".
